To prepare a quotation tailored to your needs, please let me know:
- Which document(s) you need translated.
- The authority or institution where the translation will be submitted.
- Your preferred deadline.
- Whether you require a hard copy or a digitally signed PDF (only in Spain).
- Whether you require registered postage (additional charges apply).
- Your full name and delivery address.
- Whether the invoice should be issued to a private individual or a company.
2. Quotation and turnaround time
Once I have reviewed your documents, you will receive a detailed, no-obligation quotation together with an estimated turnaround time. Once you accept the quotation, I will begin work on your translation.
3. Translation and certification
Your translation will be prepared in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and certified with my official signature and seal, ensuring its legal validity.
4. Delivery
Once your translation is ready, I will notify you by email. You can choose to receive it:
- By post.
- By collection (by prior arrangement).
- As a digitally signed PDF (only in Spain).
Your invoice will be sent together with the translation.

Rates
As every project is unique, there are no fixed rates. Fees depend on a range of factors, including the type, scope and complexity of the assignment, as well as the required turnaround time. Translations are generally priced per word of the source text, while transcription services are charged according to the duration of the audio or video recording. Sworn translations involve additional legal requirements and are therefore subject to separate pricing. All fees are subject to the applicable VAT.
